Classic Car Studio 1986 Chevy Silverado

Classic Car Studio 1986 Chevy Silverado

Don’t let the 80’s square body vibe of this beat up shop truck fool you, it’s a beast on the streets. Transformed by the Classic Car Studio team out of St. Louis–the same people that put over 1,000 horsepower in a Chevelle–for their Velocity TV show Speed is the New Black, this is easily the most badass 1986 Chevy Silverado pickup in existence. As with all things that roll out of their shop, they couldn’t simply clean it up and throw some clear coat on the outside for that patina look, they had to rebuild it from the ground up. It got a new frame, Recaro seats, custom roll bars, 5-point harnesses, new interior, HRE performance wheels, Wildwood brakes, Kicker sound system, Fuel Safe system and a Ridetech suspension. Most importantly, they crammed a brand new supercharged LT4 engine into the bay that produces 640 horsepower for all the get up and go you could ever need from a old school pickup.
