The BRD RedShift MX is basically a race bike with lights. It’s a bunch of pieces of plastic bolted to an aluminum frame, electric motor and two pieces of rubber that weighs in at less than 250lbs. With 40hp target power, a battery capacity of 5.2kWh and 200 hour maintenance intervals, it’s the type of love normally reserved for Tom Hanks movies.
