There are few vintage cars that can hold up to the style, panache and performance of 60s / 70s Chevelles. While that could also be said about other Chevys, Fords, Dodges and even Mercury options, it’s not so common to find options like this rare, two-door 1964 Chevelle Wagon. The already striking profile is bolstered with the addition of a 1965 front fascia and the performance profile has been fully upgraded with a complete frame-off restoration that includes a 5.7L LS1 crate engine, 4L60 four-speed automatic transmission and a 12 Bolt limited-slip diff being crammed inside. This all comes together to create what looks like a “family friendly wagon” while still developing almost 350hp and 350 ft-lbs of torque. This particular 1964 Chevelle Wagon 5.1 Liter LS1 Restomod recently sold on eBay Motors for just shy of $75,000. We’re hoping that another one crosses the line soon because this is one wagon we’d happily pack the entire family into for road trips.
