Phaidon’s “Where to” books are as indispensable as Trip Advisor, Untappd and Google Maps when it comes to travel resources. Joining the likes of Where Bartenders Drink and Where Chefs Eat on your coffee table this fall is their latest tome, Where to Drink Coffee. The “insider’s guide to where the world’s best baristas go for a cup of coffee” chronicles 600 different coffee spots, ranging from cafes and bakeries to video stores and auto shops across 50 different countries, all chosen by 150 of the best baristas and coffee experts on the planet. The recommendations are paired with reviews, key information and special maps along with an overall design that’s geographically organized so it’s easy to navigate. Phaidon’s Where to Drink Coffee will begin shipping to North America in November with a “Rest of the World” release about a month earlier.
