What to Watch This Weekend: Springsteen on Broadway

What to Watch This Weekend: Springsteen on Broadway

With cable, Netflix, and internet options, finding the best thing to watch during your downtime is difficult. Instead of flipping through menus all weekend and settling on nothing, turn to What to Watch This Weekend, a series in which we give you our pick for the best new show or movie available.

Netflix has a unique Original premiering today. Springsteen on Broadway is a two-and-a-half hour acoustic concert by Bruce Springsteen. But calling it a “concert” isn’t quite accurate. It’s really a performance. You get tunes, obviously, but Springsteen also shines as storyteller, jokester, and meditator on life. It’s uniquely intimate, a rare chance to see a music god in such a way. Even if you don’t have a favorite Bruce track, this is worth a watch. Link
