It’s been a long time since we popped in a VHS tape. Blockbuster closed up shop. Home video cameras were replaced by smartphones. We now stream the bulk of the films we watch. If we’re being honest, it makes us a little sad. We miss the Friday nights spent looking at back covers to try and find our movie du jour. Instagram account Cinema Magic is taking some of our favorite modern films and imaging what they would look like if they sat on the shelf of your local movie rental place circa 1990.
