Don’t say scooters are lame. When they look like the new BMW CE 04 Vagabund Moto Concept, the whole game changes. The slick two-wheeler starts life as a stock BMW CE 04 electric scooter but adds a custom surfboard rack, a custom offset Vagabund auxiliary light with an orange smiley face cover, and a tail-mounted Pelican 1600 Protector Case. The colorway is super-beachy with white, dark green, beige, black, and orange. The last color shows up on finishing highlights like the seat, case rack, small windscreen, and the half smiley face on the front wheel cover. Onlookers will also smile (but not laugh). It’s a safe bet this won’t see production, unfortunately.
