Independent entertainment company A24 has produced or distributed some of the most remarkable and award-winning films and television shows in the almost decade since they’ve been around. From Spring Breakers and Ex Machina, to Moonlight and Mid90s, to The Lighthouse and Uncut Gems, they have a reputation for letting creatives be just that and helping them develop awesome content–which includes the props, wardrobe items and set pieces. As opposed to letting all those items sit in storage somewhere until they ultimately get tossed or donated, A24 created A24 Auctions. This separate arm of the company lets you bid on dozens of pieces from some of their latest productions–the current / upcoming lineup includes items from Midsommar, Uncut Gems, Hereditary, Mid90s, Eighth Grade, The Lighthouse, and Euphoria–so you can add things like that ridiculous Furby pendant from Gems or the light from Lighthouse to your collection of movie memorabilia. Even better, 100% of each auction’s proceeds benefit the FDNY Foundation, Food Bank for New York City, NYC Health + Hospitals or the Queens Community House.

Retro-Video-Game-Puzzle-IF2

We’ve long been obsessed with Things Organized Neatly, the Tumblr, Instagram account, and book that displays collections of items arranged in pleasing ways. It’s the reason we’re hard at work on this puzzle. When finished, the puzzle depicts a collection of retro video games and gaming systems aligned ever so perfectly. Each is made in the USA by the New York Puzzle Company and features original photography from artist Jim Golden. At 1000 pieces, it will put you to work for some time, but when you complete it you can use some puzzle glue and frame it on your wall. Out of chaos comes order, right?
