We’ve previously written about the extreme difficulty of purchasing your own private island, so consider that before continuing. Still there’s no harm in admiring this stunning island known as Little Pipe Cay in the Bahamas. Plus, you might recognize it from appearances in both Casino Royale and Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl. The 40 acre island was listed by realtors Engel & Völkers Bahamas for a cool $100 million which includes the island itself as well as the 5,300-square-foot main residence which is itself surrounded by guest cottages with 11 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms adding up to a grand total of 22,099 square feet. Plus, the property sports beautiful beaches, an eye-catching infinity pool, as well as a fully-staffed gym and spa. Little Pipe Cay is located about 70 miles southeast of Nassau in the Bahamas and can be reached by air from Florida or by boat from the neighboring Staniel Cay Island.
