There’s almost nothing better than enjoying an alcoholic beverage on the open water wearing nothing but a pair of swim trunks. Except, maybe, a floating bar that serves cervezas, cocktails and even tacos off the coast of Saint John in the U.S. Virgin Islands, and that’s exactly what Lime Out is. Whether you call it a floating taco boat, a swim up cocktail bar or a food truck on the water, Lime Out delivers. The recently opened hangout is serving up ceviche, shrimp and short rib tacos, bottles of prosecco and champagne, and a whole list of craft cocktails just 200 feet off the beach. You’ll need to secure your own water transportation to and from the bar, but they have one side for boats and the other setup with submerged bar stools, so you’re covered however you get there. We’re not going to say it’s paradise, but it’s pretty damned close.
