This year’s Oscars lacked surprises and memorable bits. There was one thing, however, that did stand out about the show: the jet ski give away. In case you missed it, Jimmy Kimmel gave a jet ski away to the winner with the shortest acceptance speech of the evening. The aquatic prize was taken home by Mark Bridges, who won for costume design on the movie Phantom Thread. Bridges was kind enough to donate that Kawasaki to help support the Motion Picture & Television Fund. Donate money to enter and then hit the water in the most famous jet ski around. No brief speech required.
