When one of your vehicles shares a name—at least somewhat—with a tremendously popular movie, a savvy marketing department might see an opportunity. After the praise and fanfare over Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Nissan went ahead and took one of their Rogues and transformed it into something the Red Leader would be happy to pilot. On display at the Chicago Auto Show is this X-Wing fighter-themed Nissan Rogue, which comes complete with custom wheels, a distressed appearance, side thrusters (not operational, unfortunately), and an R2 support droid should you get stuck in a ditch or a swamp on Dagobah. While it’s fun to look at, this Nissan Rogue won’t be hitting roadways, so your dreams of joining the traffic rebellion will have to remain on hold. That said, Nissan did make some less insane Star Wars-inspired Rogues you could consider.
