Somewhere between full blown drift car and functional Mad Max vehicle you’ll find the Speed Warhouse 1991 Nissan 240SX DeathKart. The DeathKart lives up to its name, with its blown out frame and body, but it started as a full drift car straight out of Super Street or the Fast and the Furious. Built by future drifter Mike Perez out of the Pennsylvania shop Speed Warhouse, the original DeathKart was the vehicle Perez learned on all those years ago. In addition to looking mean as hell, the stripped down DeathKart is no slouch in the performance department, either. The beast is powered by a 2.5L 1J engine fitted with a precision 6262 turbo and improved fuel management. As if that isn’t enough reason to want to bomb around in this thing (even though it’s not legal), there’s even a machine gun in the front for that little extra bit of style.
