Peugeot Instinct Autonomous Car Concept

Peugeot Instinct Autonomous Car Concept

Recently unveiled at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, the Peugeot Instinct Concept drives itself. Autonomous car concepts have been in development for some time, but the Instinct sets itself apart in quite a few interesting ways. For starters, the thing is downright gorgeous. The low-slung, long body Instinct has enough room for all your passengers with a large enough trunk to haul all your stuff, and yet it still feels more like the Porsche Panamera than a station wagon thanks to the clean lines and styling. More important than that is the Internet of Things features that Peugeot wants to bake into the concept. Haven’t met your fitness goal for the day? The car will park itself further away. Want a more relaxed, scenic route? Put it in Autonomous Soft mode and enjoy the scenery, the 9.7″ display and the 3D mesh and leather seats. There are also two active driving modes that allow you to take full control of the 300 horsepower when you want to open it up.
