Own One of the 2015 Land Rover Defenders from ‘Spectre’

The 24th installment of the James Bond series, Spectre, is one of our favorite recent Bond films for all the reasons everyone loves the super spy flicks. During the filming of that particular movie, they reportedly wrecked $36 million worth of cars. Remember the Land Rover Defender Spectre Editions made just for the film that were seen throughout? A few of them managed to avoid the scrapheap, and one of the remaining original 7 is being auctioned off by Silverstone. Dubbed car “Number 9″, this murdered out beast was built by Bowler Motorsport and finished in a Santorini Black paintjob. The upgrades are much more than surface tweaks because it also has enormous 37” tires, a heavy-duty roll cage, rose-jointed suspension and Bilstein dampers. This incredible vehicle has less than 1,000km from new, was used during the drive-by sections of the snow scene and some paperwork from the Spectre filming. The truck is expected to fetch between $248k – $300k when it rolls across the block during the Silverstone Auctions Classic Car event on May 23rd.
