There’s a reason Aston Martin cars are driven by the likes of uber rich petrolheads, celebrities and fictional British spies—they’re fast, cool as hell and classic. The one Aston that could never really find a home in the lineup was the Vantage, because it didn’t have the right combo of power and styling to prevent it from being overshadowed by its brethren. Until now. Aston Martin just pulled the cover off the new Vantage, and it’s one hell of an automobile. Four-liter twin-turbo V8 that develops 503 horsepower and 505 pound-feet of torque to help it rocket to a top speed of 195 mph. 0-60 under 4 seconds. Rear-mounted ZF eight-speed automatic transmission. Dynamic Stability Control and Dynamic Torque Vectoring. It also has a brand new to Aston Electronic Rear Differential. Then there’s the styling. Holy shit the lines on this car. Inside and out, the car has sweeping lines that look as if it is was painted into existence by an artist looking to create a masterpiece that’s both aggressive and controlled. We love this car… even in neon yellow. Prices for the new Aston Martin Vantage start around $150,000, and deliveries are scheduled to being Q2 of 2018.
