Cars with 1,000 horsepower are for tracks, not streets. Well, no one told that to Mercedes-AMG, who, with the unveiling of the Project ONE hypercar, want to bring that kind of performance to your neighborhood. It’s basically an F1 ride you can park in your driveway. Boasting four electric motors and a 1.6-liter V6, the Project ONE hypercar can do 0–112 in under six seconds. Yup, it’s insane. Set to be the first commercially available vehicle with an F1 hybrid powertrain, the Project ONE hypercar boasts a carbon fiber structural skin, two seats, and serious racing DNA. It’s as close to piloting an F1 car as you can get and it can be seen in person at the International Motor Show in Germany.
