We’ve seen quite a few impressive e-bikes over the years, many of them from Leaos, but none of them were like the new Leaos Pressed Bike. Constructed with a patented frame design from Harry Thaler, this bike has an ultralight frame made of two pressed aluminum halves. The technology and the end result are both cool as hell, but the ultimate benefit is the fact that the entire bike with motor/battery weighs just under 31lbs. If you’ve ever had to haul an e-bike up and down a flight of stairs, you know how great this is in the world of commuter bikes. It’s light, stylish and familiar, but it’s also not a slouch in the tech department. The bike is powered by a 250 watt rear wheel motor and a removable battery in the upper tube that gives it a total range of just over 55 miles and a top speed of just over 15 mph. They also have a smart package available that integrates an app, GPS anti-theft, code lock and cloud supervision so you can protect your investment.
