If you thought you were in line for Dad of the year, best uncle or coolest grandpa this year based on the present you got the little one in your life for Christmas, you’re wrong–unless you picked them up a Lawless Bikes Mini Wooden Cafe Racer. The personal project of Johann De Wet, Lawless Bikes creates small, wooden bikes inspired by his favorite motorcycles from BMW and Triumph. The end result is a pedal-less bicycle of sorts built for the kiddos that just so happens to be built out of CNC-cut birch plywood and made to resemble quite a few iconic race bikes. If you’re interestes in one of the Lawless Bikes Mini Wooden Cafe Racers, there are a few things worth noting. Currently, they’re only sold in South Africa and do not have manufacturer logos/badges as seen in some of the pictures. They also haven’t been rigorously tested from a child safety perspective, so don’t let your kid do something like ride it down a huge hill or take it off sweet jumps.
