Jaguar Land Rover just rolled out their recent heritage program at their US Land Rover Experience centers. What that means for all of us is an opportunity to finally get behind the wheel and drive a vintage Land Rover Defender 90 (or a Range Rover or Discovery if you’re so inclined) through an off-road track on an adventure lasting a half or a full day. Along the way you’ll get instruction from trained Land Rover staff on the different obstacles (they range from grass and mud to ruts and water) along with plenty of opportunities for pictures. It’s the perfect way to test drive a fully restored vintage ride without pulling the trigger on full sticker price when you don’t know if you’ll actually enjoy the experience. The Land Rover Heritage Program Experience is available in the US at the California (Carmel), Vermont (Manchester Village) and North Carolina (Asheville) Land Rover Experience centers.
