This GMC Short Bus Was Turned Into a Camper

From the outside, this looks like your average GMC short bus. Inside, however, you’ll find the work of a German filmmaker and tattoo artist, who completely transformed the bus. It’s filled with interesting features we’re definitely going to reference if we ever attempt a build like this of our own. There’s a coffee table on drawer slides that can be deployed from underneath the bed or hidden again in seconds, and it doesn’t require legs. Below that ingenious table is a set of large drawers rigged up with those collapsible closet shelves that can easily be extended to the ceiling for access to your clothes. They also created some blinder curtains out of awning fabric that can be easily rolled up for storage or attached to the windows using Loxx marine fasteners. And the disabled access door that no longer needs a wheelchair lift? It turns into an outdoor kitchen when it’s swung open. There’s also all the hashtag vanlife essentials such as a stove, cooking area, sink, composting toilet, roof rack and plenty of storage. This is one school bus we wouldn’t mind riding in regularly.
