Gateway Bronco, a company founded in 2016, has received a rare blessing from the automotive gods at Ford. The 115-year-old company has offered an official licensing agreement with the upstart to restore and recreate first-generation Ford Broncos with Ford’s approval. That’s pretty big news for any lover of the boxy and bodacious Broncos of the ’60s and ’70s. You can choose from three different models—the Fulie, the Coyote Edition, and the Modern Day Warrior. Each is a vintage Bronco with modern components, meaning your get those old-school cool looks with parts that will keep it running. Of course, these don’t come cheap, as the Fulie, the most affordable of the bunch, starts at $95,000. Still, unless you plan on buying a brand new Bronco when the car returns to the manufacturer’s lineup, this is the Ford-friendly way to do it.
