ClayMoto Quiet Riot Zero FX Flattracker Motorcycle

Zero Motorcycles has spent the last decade establishing themselves as the premiere electric motorcycle brand on the block. One look at the profile or the specs sheet is all it takes to see why the brand has become so beloved. Nick Graveley has been delivering clay modelling services as ClayMoto to some of the most renowned automotive and motorcycle brands out there. When it came to develop his own personal project based on a motorcycle from Zero, Graveley started with a 2017 Zero FX with the 6.5 kWh battery pack and inspiration from the flat trackers of the 70s and early 80s. After 80 hours of clay modelling–and that’s just for one side because he works in mirrored halves–the product was scanned, rebuilt digitally, fine-tuned and turned into an ABS prototype to verify fitment before molds were created and then turned into the final carbon parts. Graveley didn’t stop at the gorgeous flattracker body, either. He added new wheels, relocated the speedo, moved the rear brake to the left handle, fit new lights and modified the suspension, among other things. We can’t wait to see what he develops next.
