Every 2014 Lotus C-01 represents one percent of the model year, since there were only one hundred made. So any motorcycle you see in that model year is rare. Rarer still, it’s believed to be the only C-01 in North America. Add on that this one’s never been ridden and you have yourself an exceptional motorcycle. Spec wise, it’s great, as you’d expect, with a 1195cc liquid cooled twin engine, 200 HP, a six-speed transmission, and an absurdly strong steel, titanium, and carbon fiber frame. The design is done by Daniel Simon, whose name you recognize from the Tron Legacy Lightcycle, and it’s easy to imagine the 2014 Lotus C-01 as the smaller, younger brother, yet more mature, of the two distinctive bikes. This one comes in green and, looking at it, it’s hard to imagine why anyone would want it in any other color.
