The Bollinger B1, which was unveiled around this time last year, looked a lot like a Land Rover with harder edges. Now the company is doing to the pickup what it did to the off-road SUV. Meet the Bollinger B2, an all-electric pickup truck with the same DNA as its predecessor. That means it’s packed with dual motors, all-wheel drive capabilities, a hydro-pneumatic suspension, in-wheel portal gear hubs, and those same hard edges that look like they need bumpers in case any children are playing nearby. A clever pass-through door design allows for the hauling of long pieces of lumber and other cumbersome products. The Bollinger team hopes to have the B2 in production as early as 2020, but you can reserve yours right now.
