For the Italian supercar lover who wants something more unique than a Lambo or a Ferrari, there’s ARES Design to offer them something for their eight-car garage. And the latest project from ARES is the company’s most head-turning yet. Project Panther is a Lamborghini Huracan below the surface, so you know the power is there, courtesy of the 5.2-liter V10 engine and seven-speed dual clutch, but the body is something else entirely. The body is inspired by the De Tomaso Pantera, so there’s a definite retro feel to go with that modern performance. The mutant supercar will be available some time next year for those with deep pockets and a flair for the unique.
