1967 Maserati Ghibli 4.7 Coupe

1967 Maserati Ghibli 4.7 Coupe

Forget the current mediocre Ghibli sedan. This is the Ghibli you want… the real deal from when it was a slinky two-door with a manual transmission and 4.7-liter V8 with over 300 horses at the ready. Only 1,170 of the 4.7s were made, and this bright yellow “Giallo Fly” version has a mere 800 miles on the odo. It received a full restoration of the original engine in 1989, and it also happens to have fully matching numbers to the original chassis, a rarity. This Ghibli has also had some repainting done, as well as some leather refurbishing to the jet black interior. It’s one of the most stunning versions of the Ghibli we’ve ever laid eyes on. The wooden steering wheel, flip-up lights, Borrani wire wheels, big sloped rear glass, and the canted twin rear pipes give it vintage Italian flair that can’t be copied by anything in the 21st century. Whoever gets his hands on this one will have a serious piece of automotive history.
