When it comes to the best way to grill, it always boils down to a decision between the flavor of charcoal or the convenience of gas. The Spark grill aims to make that decision a thing of the past with some clever new innovations and technical upgrades. The modern charcoal grill by electrically igniting Spark Briqs, which are a proprietary blend of wood and charcoal designed to ignite faster and easier, along with giving you precision temperature control and easier cleanup. All you have to do is load one of the Briqs (there will be three separate versions for Smoke / Grill / Bake cooking) into the drawer slot in the front, fire up the grill and set your temperate from 200 – 900 degrees using the oven style control knob. In case you’re wondering about the precision temperature control, the grill takes care of that with stoking and cooling fans so you don’t have to worry about repositioning briquettes to get the right heat. Even better, they also built an app that keeps you up to date on grill and food temperature.
