Piknik Is a Picnic Table With an Integrated Grill

Aren’t you sick of having to schlep over to the grill when the patties and dogs are ready? Can’t those foods be within arm’s reach so you can sit with your beer? With Piknik, this awful situation no longer has to plague you. Piknik, a clever picnic table from Iratzoki & Lizaso Designs, has a plancha grill built in. Okay, so this isn’t really to further your laziness; rather, it’s so that the cook can enjoy the company of their guests without being far away or having their back turned. The design also features an in-table ice bucket for beer and wine, an umbrella and space for food prep and tank storage. Unfortunately, Piknik is currently a project for Forge Adour, a manufacturer of plancha grills, so no word on whether or not it will ever be available to purchase stateside.
