Pat LaFrieda is a man that knows his meat. Pat LaFrieda Wholesale Meat Purveyors has been in business since 1922 (it was originally co-founded by his grandfather) and supplies a lot of those restaurants in New York that are too pricey for most of us to ever attend. Point is, the butcher knows a thing or two about the perfect cut of meat. All that knowledge has been digitized for the rest of us to enjoy with his new Big App for Meat. With over two-hundred (honestly, we didn’t even know that many existed) different cuts of beef, lamb, pork, turkey, duck, veal and poultry presented to you in hi-res photos and video, this is, quite literally, a culinary education in the world of meat.
