They’ve gone back to the archives and updated a bunch of their old-school classics for their new Legacy Series collection. This Bacon & Egg Griddle was originally designed in the 1930s to allow you to make an entire breakfast in a single pan without mixing the flavors. You can cook a pair of fried eggs in the top and some bacon in the bottom (bonus points for this one cause it makes a smiley face), throw some sausage patties on the top, some veggies in the bottom, or use it took cook anything else you can dream up because it’s still a cast iron pan. Lodge also added a large pour spout to the bottom to make draining grease easier than ever.
