Lodge Cast Iron Breakfast Skillet

Lodge Cast Iron Breakfast Skillet

There are few pieces of hardware as essential in the kitchen as a good cast iron skillet. While there certainly plenty of cast iron skillets that will last a lifetime, Lodge cast iron has always been the best option if you’re looking for that heat retention, durability and delicious seasoning–without the hefty price tag. They’ve gone back to the archives and updated a bunch of their old-school classics for their new Legacy Series collection. This Bacon & Egg Griddle was originally designed in the 1930s to allow you to make an entire breakfast in a single pan without mixing the flavors. You can cook a pair of fried eggs in the top and some bacon in the bottom (bonus points for this one cause it makes a smiley face), throw some sausage patties on the top, some veggies in the bottom, or use it took cook anything else you can dream up because it’s still a cast iron pan. Lodge also added a large pour spout to the bottom to make draining grease easier than ever.
