Sure, you can take some super glue and affix a series of flat LEGO surfaces to the furniture in your house, but that would signal to guests that your children have taken over your life completely. Studio NINE and Corian have come together to design a collection of furniture that looks stylish but is also playful. Each piece in the Stüda line works with LEGO bricks. That’s right, the cabinet and storage cubes allow kids and kids-at-heart to build right on the surface with their LEGO blocks. Despite the fact that these are fun piece of furniture kids will love, they also look at home in any contemporary pad. The companies are working with Italian manufacturing firm MOOW to start producing them now, so here’s to hoping we can add the line to our home in the not-too-distant future.
