Rent Kurt Cobain’s L.A. Apartment

We already have our DVRs set to record Kurt Cobain: Montage of Heck on Monday, May 4, and we imagine it will inspire us to go very heavy on the Nirvana listening. It may also inspire us to rent Kurt Cobain’s old pad. Airbnb has a listing for the the front man’s LA apartment he shared with Courtney Love. The couple stayed there from ’91 to ’92 and it’s believed that Cobain wrote “Heart-Shaped Box” in the apartment’s tub. The one-bedroom apartment was built in the 1920s and is located in the Fairfax/Melrose area not far from the heart of Los Angeles. If you happen to be a huge Nirvana fan, the apartment should be where you stay should you find your self near LA.
