It may also inspire us to rent Kurt Cobain’s old pad. Airbnb has a listing for the the front man’s LA apartment he shared with Courtney Love. The couple stayed there from ’91 to ’92 and it’s believed that Cobain wrote “Heart-Shaped Box” in the apartment’s tub. The one-bedroom apartment was built in the 1920s and is located in the Fairfax/Melrose area not far from the heart of Los Angeles. If you happen to be a huge Nirvana fan, the apartment should be where you stay should you find your self near LA.
