Sriracha-Infused Snacks

From stout beer to salt, everyone’s favorite rooster sauce has been infused with just about everything to varying degrees of success. The problem with all the less successful combinations is that you don’t really taste the Sriracha, which isn’t going to be an issue with this round of snacks because Huy Fong Foods is working closely with their partners to make sure the spicy snacks are perfect. The first release is a partnership with POP! Gourmet Popcorn that promises every kernel is infused with the “most amazing condiment on the planet” through a unique process that combines the hot and spicy seasoning of Sriracha with the premium golden popcorn. There are also plans for potato chips in early April and additional snacks in the coming months.
