Sriracha Dry Spice Blends

The Thai hot chili sauce made from a paste of chili peppers, distilled vinegar, garlic, sugar and salt known as Sriracha has been a staple for almost a century. But all Srirachas are not created equal. We tasted 9 different Sriracha options and, as was expected, the popular Huy Fong option came out on top. The team at Huy Fong paired up with Spiceology for their latest release–a line of dry spices that blend classic Thai Huy Fong Sriracha flavors with other options. We’re talking about six unique blends that are likely to make any dish you add them to better: Black Truffle Sriracha, Candied Bacon Sriracha, Honey Garlic Sriracha, Miso Teriyaki Sriracha, Smoked Maple Sriracha and Thai Lime Sriracha.
