Conker Spirit—Dorset’s first gin distillery—is expanding their portfolio with a new bottle of coffee liqueur that’s made the same way as your favorite cold brew coffee and unlike any other coffee liqueur you’ve tasted. After a year of tweaking and testing that resulted in close to 100 different recipes Conker finally found the perfect combination of ingredients and alchemy for their Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur. The limited ingredient list combines their base spirit with a combination of Brazilian beans (roasted darker and longer), Ethiopian beans (roasted faster and lighter) and just a touch of Demerara sugar to round out the natural vanillas and caramels. Unlike other coffee liqueurs on the market, you don’t need to offset the sweetness or the slight chemical tastes by hiding this adult beverage in a hot cup of joe or a cocktail.
