Beer makes everything better. The liquid lubricant makes music sound better, girls look better and (if paired properly) food taste better. It’s probably the greatest invention since the wheel (screw sliced bread), which is probably why we love it so much. As much as we love craft brews like Dogfish Head and Goose Island, we’ve taken a decidedly DIY approach to future beer endeavors. We want to make it ourself, and you’re probably in the same boat. Beer Craft: A Simple Guide to Making Great Beer is just that, a simple guide (written by amateurs just like us) to creating the liquid that improves social lives the world over. The book has six easy steps to help you create a delicious hoppy concoction without ever leaving your kitchen. Parts of it are an encyclopedic tome of beer knowledge, but the instructions are infographics. Pictures – now they’re speaking our language.
