Cancer sucks, beards don’t. We think that would be a good tagline for the latest book from photographer Justin James Muir. A Book of Beards contains 86 shots of the most awesomely gritty portraits of dudes with some length on their whiskers. It’s a tribute to those who fought through the phases of itchiness to achieve something glorious. Not only is this a book that highlights guys who probably have had a French fry or two lost in their facial hair, but it’s also one man’s work to help his brother and other cancer patients. Check this out, all the proceeds from the first pressing will go to help Justin’s ailing bro and ALL the additional proceeds will support the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Hell, we were going to buy it anyway, but that’s pretty awesome.
