KCCO Black Lager

KCCO Black Lager

There are few sites we spend as much time on as The Chive. Besides hindering our work efforts, the site also makes us want to grab a cold one every Friday afternoon when they post a few photos of beautifully shot pints. Now they’ve teamed up with Redhook Brewery to launch KCCO Black Lager. (To the uninitiated, “KCCO” stands for “Keep Calm and Chive On”.) The beer, which is the first in a line, clocks in at 5.1% ABV (nice and sessionable) and has flavors of coffee, dark chocolate, and a hint of smokiness. We’d recommend picking some up when it hits a store near you and then kicking back with a couple while scrolling through Chive galleries.
