It doesn’t matter if you throw him into a terribly written and poorly directed film, Bruce Willis always makes things interesting. He’s spent an entire career making cool movies, and he’s done pretty damn well for himself in the process. Case in point: this Turks and Caicos compound that recently went up for sale through Sotheby’s International Reality. Dubbed “The Residence,” this three house, four pool sprawling estate is situated on eight beachfront acres on the private island of Parrot Cay. 35,000 square feet of living space. 11 bedrooms split between the main house and dual guest villas. Children’s playground complete with pirate ship playhouse. As if all that isn’t enough, you also get full access to the COMO Parrot Cay resort including Shambhala Spa, ranked #1 in the world by Conde Nast Traveler. If you’re already thinking about making this your ultimate dream home, you better have some seriously deep pockets. Willis is asking $33 million for the properties, and if he gets that price, it will be most expensive property on the island.
