Tiny homes are great for single people or couples looking live a little more independently, but what if an entire family wants to minimize their footprint? Their answer might be the Brown Bear from Alpine Tiny Homes. You’ll find the standard tiny home amenities like lofted beds, solar power, custom cabinets, a toilet and a tank-less water heater. But even if you’re a tiny home, you’re going to have to go bigger for a whole family. Alpine’s Brown Bear has a lofted Queen for the adults, situated above a small living area with room for a couch, ottoman and TV. There are two lofted single beds for the kids on the opposite side of the house. Inside and out you’ll find lots of cool design features like a full-size subway tile shower, quartz counter tops, tongue and groove siding, custom paint and plenty of exposed wood. The 28′ long x 8′ wide x 13′ 6″ tall Tiny Home has a 224 square foot footprint with 112 square feet of loft spaces, so it’s basically an apartment you can park almost anywhere.

Unzip your coat and have some mulled wine on the house—you’ve arrived at your final gifting destination: The Holiday Gift Guide. It’s like your friendly neighborhood one-stop holiday shop, except instead of balsa wood ornaments, ours is packed with thoughtful gifts for everyone on your list. Future heirlooms, small-but-significant stocking stuffers, and gear for getting out there (or staying in)—are all right here. There’s no music playing in the background though, so you’ll just have to hum Bing Crosby while you click around instead.
