As much as it might resemble an overcooked version of its Pillsbury crescent roll cousin (once removed), this leather Tanner Goods Case is not for eating. The filling in question, nice sunglasses, is provided by you. Tanner Goods brings 5.5oz Horween Rich Chromexcel leather in one of five colors (black, Chicago tan, dark oak, rich moc, or natural), a brass button stud, burnishing, dying, waxing, stamping and craftsmanship to the table. They took their inspiration from a late 60’s-era US Army standard-issue case because of its simplicity and functionality. The two wings slide into the slots to prevent your glasses from falling out, and then the large middle piece wraps all the way around the back of the case where it locks with a button stud. No snaps touching the lenses. No significant force to close it. No sunglasses spilling on the pavement. Hell, this is a reason to buy nicer sunglasses.
