We first heard about Refyne when they released the P1 Titanium Pen & Flashlight. The combo device quickly became an essential part of a minimal, modern EDC, but despite the fact that the flashlight was functional, we always wanted a piece built with that same attention to detail that was strictly focused on helping us complete lists and take notes in our favorite productivity notebooks. The Refyne EP1 EDC stainless or titanium bolt-action pen is that device. Measuring only 4.53″ x 0.39″, it’s the perfect size for all day carrying and note-taking. It comes in black, PVD-coated stainless steel or polished titanium options, and it has a contrasting, copper inner barrel for a proper pop of color. Add in the removable deep pocket clip, custom T6 Torx hardware, included black Schmidt easyFLOW 9000M cartridge (it’s also compatible with most Parker cartridges), and the checkmark-style bolt-action mechanism to complete the wishlist of everything you’re looking for in a pen. The Refyne EP1 has already crushed it’s $12,000 funding goal on Kickstarter. With this being another successful project, we have no doubt they’ll hit their estimated delivery date in June of this year.
