Quick Release Carabiners Made From Titanium

Quick Release Carabiners Made From Titanium

The first, most important, thing you need to know about the new line of carabiners from Handgrey is that they’re individually cut from Grade 5 Titanium. This is all done with EDM (Electric Discharge Machining, not that other EDM) wire cutting technology that is, quite frankly, way above our heads. If you want to know more about the technology, other than the fact it produces a seriously cool looking product that’s durable as hell, check out the Wikipedia article here. The next thing you need to know is that this is the second carabiner project from the designer that brought you the Bauhaus Titanium Carabiners. We’re always wary about people biting off more than they can chew when it comes to Kickstarter projects, but Thanasit Inkavesvaanit has a proven track record with these projects. You’ve probably already decided that you want one of these, now you just have to decide between the slender H1, the curved H3 or the wide H4.
