Pacific & West Walnut and Brass Notebooks

After years of making leather covers for other popular notebook brands, Joe Mansfield decided to turn his considerable design and manufacturing chops to a complete, ground up notebook redesign. After years of research, development and prototyping, Pacific & West’s premium Walnut and Brass Notebook was born. The process is absolutely apparent in the final product. The front and back covers are made with a custom, 5-ply real wood cover material designed to be durable and bring out the natural beauty of black walnut. The binding is a brass double coil designed to allow the notebook to lay completely flat and fold in half. The paper is 100% post consumer recycled and available in plain, ruled or dot grid patterns. Each Large (8” x 5.75”) and Extra Large (10” x 7.75”) notebook is also proudly Made in the US.
