Nothing sets your day free like a good Nerf gunfight. No one gets hurt, and everyone has a freakin’ good time. Now, Hasbro is upping the Nerf gun melee echelon with the Hyper Blaster line. These guns feature new, smaller rounds with more velocity (up to 110 fps) and faster reload speeds compared to the Nerf Rival line. They’ve also made the ammo hoppers bigger for greater capacity, so you spend more time riddling your friends with “bullets” and less time loading up. You can choose the basic single-shot spring-loaded Hyper Rush 40 (John McClane), the Hyper Siege 50 pump-action shotgun (Terminator T800), or the battery-powered full-auto Hyper Mach 100 (Tony Montana). No sale date has been announced, but they should come out of the Nerf armory sometime in 2021. Say hello to my little friend.
