These Steak Knives Are Made of Salvaged Band Saw Blades

We’re not going to tell you that you should immediately throw out all the steak knives you’ve been collecting in your home for decades, but there’s no way they’re as good as these M.Crow Bandsaw Blade Steak Knives. That’s right. These gorgeous hand ground steak knives are made out of actual bandsaw blades that were salvaged from BDDW’s factory. Each 9″ long x 1″ wide knife fuses a high grade carbon steel blade with one of four domestic woods (Osage Orange, Black Walnut, Toasted Maple, American Holly) using hand hammered copper rivets. They look great. They’re handmade from the ground up. They have an awesome story. It gets even better because over time, and with the right care, the carbon steel that the blades are made of will develop a rich, blue-gray patina. Maybe you should throw out the steak knives you already have.
