A screwdriver isn’t something we ever thought we’d need as part of our EDC, but the Key-Bit is so tiny and portable that it’s a welcome addition. The lightweight capsule houses a #2 Phillips hex bit and attaches to your keys with a standard ring. Whether you’re opening a battery door, tightening screws on bike accessories or you just don’t feel like finding your tools, the magnetically sealed Key-Bit splits apart to let you get quick jobs done. The two rare-earth neodymium magnets that hold the halves together have a separation force of almost six and a half pounds, so you don’t need to worry about the business end ever falling out. If you happen to find yourself using Slotted, Torx or Square bits more often, it will accommodate most 1/4″ x 1″ bits. It’s available in aluminum, brass or copper.
