Timex and Carhartt WIP Watch

Carhartt’s “premium” arm, Carhartt Work in Progress, recently teamed up with everyone’s favorite affordable watchmaker, Timex, to create the Timex x Carhartt WIP Watch. On the design side, it appears to be a modified version of the popular Timex Expedition Acadia with Carhartt WIP branding on the face and the straps, which means it’s a fantastic field watch with upgraded styling. On the features and specs side, it includes everything you’d expect to find from a collaboration between two well-known brands. INDIGLO night-light. Olive and black nylon performance straps. Easy-set Quick-Date. 50M water resistance. It’s clean, easy-wearing and decked out in enough contrasting details (24 hour indices and second hand, NATO slip-through rings, Carhartt branding on the bands) to make it a worthy addition to any collection or wrist.
